Exceptional service throughout my stay, especially from Yolanda at breakfast, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great start to our day. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring a variety of fresh and locally sourced ingredients. However, upon check-in, there were numerous mosquitoes in the room, which was quickly resolved, but it was slightly off-putting. The pool area also had limited seating for paying guests, making it challenging to relax there with so few lounge chairs available.

Stunning gardens with colorful flowers and cozy seating areas. The spa was incredible. the massages were top-notch. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and plenty of juices. Our room was spacious with a balcony and hot tub. Staff were super helpful, even making soup when we were sick. A movie night with free popcorn was a fun touch too.

This place is a hidden paradise with stunning gardens, a cozy spa, and even a mini cinema for movie nights! We were blown away by how the staff helped clean our baby bottles and set up our room. The scenery? Absolutely amazing, with alpacas grazing everywhere. It felt like we were in a fairytale!

The Deluxe King Room was super spacious and really clean. Bathroom was nice, too. Only downside was that we had some mosquitoes at first, but the staff came quickly to help. The balcony could've used a wipe down since it had bird poop on the chairs. Overall, the room was pretty comfortable, and breakfast was great!

The grounds at Aranwa are stunning. Lush gardens and interesting historical features kept me exploring. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. I enjoyed the pisco sour demonstration—a fun way to learn and get a taste of local culture. Breakfast service stood out. Yolanda went above and beyond. The jacuzzi on my terrace was a delightful bonus. However, the pool was freezing, and there weren't enough loungers. The lighting in the room was dim, making it hard to read at night. I had a hiccup when the front desk struggled to prepare our room for four people. And I faced a frustrating issue with a double charge on my credit card after check-out. Staff kindness made up for some inconveniences, but better management would improve the experience significantly.

my stay was delightful, enjoying spacious rooms with stunning river views and relishing the park-like grounds that created a relaxing atmosphere, making it hard to leave the hotel to explore nearby sites like the sacred valley just a short drive away, which is perfect for quick day trips to places like iglesia colonial de chinchero and plaza de armas.

Absolutely loved the peaceful garden and seeing the alpacas! 🦙 The room was spacious and comfy. Only downside was the limited food options.
